I have worked as an adviser and consultant on a wide range of policies and projects, and with a wide range of organisations. I generate and develop ideas across a wide range of areas - from brand development, product development, policy and communications, information management and information and support services, as well as member services, internet strategy, HR strategy, work-life and diversity policies and practice.

Increasingly, I have been involved in importing ideas and approaches from other sectors (the dot com and commercial sector into charities and social enterprises) as well as being actively involved in the incubation and development planning process, as a hands on consultant, 'doing' as well as advising, often being involved from start up to first phase execution or for taking organisations and teams to the next level through interim management, incubation and project support services at director and senior manager level.

My extensive entrepreneurial experience of start up ventures is also increasingly being applied within existing organisations - in acts of intra-preneurship - where Boards and senior management are looking for a step shift in organisational development and external presence. This has moved me into change management consultancy, corporate building, and team building through facilitating workshops, in house think tanks, away days and coaching for management and leadership.
